Empowering Youth Through Education
Educare Research and Development Foundation, Inc. (EDUCARE) is a non-stock, non-profit organization committed to strengthening education, research, and youth development through holistic, evidence-based programs.
EDUCARE serves as the official foundation of New Century Builders Corp. and New Century Books, providing the institutional platform for the development, implementation, and evaluation of flagship initiatives such as Project USHAPED. In this role, EDUCARE ensures that educational content, training programs, and community interventions are research-informed, values-driven, and responsive to the evolving needs of Filipino youth and communities.
Through Project USHAPED and other initiatives, EDUCARE collaborates with schools, local governments, organizations, and community leaders to develop life skills, promote healthy behaviors, strengthen values formation, and empower young people to make informed, responsible, and positive life choices.

WHAT WE DO
1. Education and Learning Programs
We develop and support formal, non-formal, and alternative education initiatives for:
- Out-of-school children and youth

Project USHAPED
Project USHAPED Generation empowers regional, provincial, city/municipal, and barangay convenors, trainers, and facilitators through a series of online orientation sessions.
The Project USHAPED Manual was officially launched during INITIATE 2025, held on October 17–19, 2025, at Megatrade Hall 1, SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Engagements and Partnerships for Project USHAPED
EDUCARE actively builds partnerships to advance Project USHAPED through the following engagements:
- Collaboration with local government units (LGUs) to promote youth empowerment and community development.
- Engagement with ACSCU member private high schools to promote Project USHAPED and explore partnership opportunities in youth life skills and values formation.
- Engagement with the President of Kalinga State University to promote Project USHAPED and partnership in youth life skills and values formation.
- Engagement with faith-based leaders to promote Project USHAPED and partnerships in youth life skills and values formation.
- Engagement with business partners to advance Project USHAPED and support youth development and values formation through philanthropic programs.
4. Community Development and Social Programs
Our community-based initiatives integrate education with:
- Youth empowerment and leadership formation
- Family and community engagement
- Social awareness and advocacy campaigns
- Partnerships with local government units (LGUs), schools, and civil society organizations
EDUCARE provides relief to earthquake survivors in North Cotabato and Surigao and, in partnership with Banawe Quezon City Eagles Club, distributes care packages to senior citizens in Quezon City.
